Thank you volunteers! This past January the Rooted Carrot had over 500 hours of volunteer hours! We look forward to warmer weather when we can gather and celebrate our awesome volunteers working to make the Rooted Carrot Co-op Market (RCCM) a reality in 2022.
Board Member and Site Committee Chair, Kate Dunning, presented at the first of the first three required City of Cedar Falls Planning and Zoning meetings. The next one is on March 10th at 5:30 p.m. (virtual). We encourage you to join and show your support for the RCCM.
2022 will be here before you know it! The board voted to hire a deli consultant from Seven Roots. They will recommend the types of food, how it should be prepared, and the equipment we need to purchase. These are important decisions for the Co-op and the Board wanted to be mindful and hire an expert to help guide us.
