Well then, sign up for our very first member-only, exclusive workshop with Luann & find out! The event is on Sunday April 19th from 2-3pm, costs $5 and space is limited. In this workshop, you will learn how to make flavorful vinaigrettes using the herbs and spices available from your kitchen.  Vinaigrettes can be used on salads, marinades and some pasta and rice dishes. Come and learn how to shake up your own custom vinaigrette.

Luann Alemao CEO of Luann Alemao and Associates is a national Speaker, author and FACS educator on food and nutrition, etiquette and National Corporate speaker for Blue Zones. Luann has taught food and nutrition and the culinary arts for over 25 years. Luann is the creator of” Spoon it with Luann,” Blue zones inspired hands on cooking courses where she teaches monthly to  enhance the well –being of the community. Luann has created Culinary Kids camps where children learn about nutrition and manners with a  monthly theme.  Luann has become a corporate speaker for Blue zones where she will be presenting the well-being and purposeful lives of the Blue Zones communities.  Luann championed the Blue Zones movement in Cedar Falls where she organized bringing  Dan Buettner and his message.  The rest is history.
