Just like the individual/household memberships, the cost of the member share is $200 one-time.  Your business will be allowed one vote by an individual you designate on the application at all Co-op voting opportunities and therefore have a voice in everything Co-op. With this membership, you are asked to designate an individual within your business to be that voting member (this person may not already be a Co-op voting member under a separate member share).
