Local Food & Film Festival 2022

The Local Food & Film Festival returns in 2022! It will be held Saturday, March 5th from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Hearst Center for the Arts in Cedar Falls. It is free admission and fun for the entire family! Masks encouraged. More information will be on the Cedar Valley Regional Food & Farm Network Facebook (@cedarvalleyrffn) and Instagram (cv_rffn). 

Schedule of Events

10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Vendor Booths (Grab some information, food samples, and purchase local food!)

10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Kids Activity sponsored by the Hearst Center

noon Garden Class with Master Gardener, Glenda Riddle. Learn all about tomatoes including seed saving & preserving them.

1-3 p.m. Watch Kiss the Ground movie followed by a panel discussion with We Arose Local Food producers.

The Rooted Carrot Co-op Market will have a vendor booth at this event. Encourage your friends and family who want to learn more about the Co-op to stop by!
