Peanut butter hummus
1 cup of chickpeas
2 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons honey
1 lemon zested and juiced
Black pepper (to taste)
Salt (to taste)
1/2 cup of olive oil or bean juice or a combo of both
- Place in a food processor and process until creamy.
- Serve with vegetables.
