Did you catch her program on spices in December? Beginning this month Luann will be live at 3:30pm every 3rd Thursday of every month! WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT LUANN
Luann is a passionate speaker, educator, and author. As a Family and Consumer Science Professional her background is broad, and her expertise is diverse. She brought the Blue Zones, Live Longer, Better initiative to Cedar Falls and is now trained as a Blue Zones corporate speaker and Blue Zones coach.
Luann taught Family and Consumer science in both, Jr. High, High School and at the university level. She taught classes on food and nutrition, adult living, interpersonal communication, clothing and textiles, personal wellness, interior design, stress management, career education, and business protocol.
