The operations committee has a diverse set of projects, and the project list will change as we get closer to opening day. Operations has spearheaded the development of the Co-op’s bylaws, and is currently working on collecting details for future vendors, some event coordinating, and some policy guidelines. Our big project, though, is to conduct the market analysis and site research. We’re excited to work with many sources of data and to be eventually working with an independent contractor to complete this important project!
