Perfect for Graduation Parties!!

Spinach Dip

 

1 10oz pkg of Frozen Cut Spinach

1 C (40g) Dried Veggie Mix

16 oz container of Sour Cream (or sub plain greek yogurt)

1 C of Avocado Mayo (or other mayo)

8 oz can of Sliced Waterchestnuts, chopped

3 Green Onions, chopped

 

Directions:

Thaw, drain and squeeze spinach and put into a medium-sized mixing bowl.

Add the rest of the ingredients and stir together. Place in the refrigerator

for 3-24 hours, the longer it sits the better the flavors meld together. Serve

with bread or crackers.
